About Zebra Early Learning Long Daycare and Preschool
Welcome to Zebra Early Learning. We're ideally located for families in Hahndorf, Aldgate, Balhannah, Bridgewater, Echunga, Meadows, Mount Barker, Nairne, and Woodside.
Our Long Daycare and Preschool Centre provides early education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
We provide convenient, full care coverage from 9hr, 10hr or full days, 5 days per week, including school holidays.
Our dedicated team of Teachers and Educators provide a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment - where your child can thrive, and be their wonderful self, every day.
Getting school ready? We offer the Government-approved Preschool program that helps ensure your child has a successful transition to formal schooling.
We offer a great variety of learning experiences at our Centre including:
- Sustainability Program: Helps children develop and understand the importance of embedding sustainable practices into everyday life. Children learn about recycling, conserving water, growing food and the importance of protecting our planet.
- Community Engagement Program: Encourages children to interact with and discover their local community. We often have visits from community services, and we go out on adventures to teach the children about their local environment.
- Music & Movement Program: Designed to develop fundamental skills that help support children’s self-regulation, memory, and concentration. Children learn to appreciate and develop an understanding of music - and of course, have fun.

Zebras early learning Centre takes pride in childrens fine motor kills, education and safety. The educators at zebras are all warm and inviting to promote positive engagement skill to the younger children. Samantha copping the centre manager is a very involved manager, she gets involved in activities aswell as daily routines in the rooms. Zebras early learning centre is a great environment to be apart of and I'm excited for my son to be starting soon as I believe he will be getting the best education, development and nurturing environment possible.

My kids love going to Zebra ELC. They are welcomed with smiles and cuddles each day and are always learning new things through play and education.

Truly a wonderful group of staff and educators to have your child with. Edward has flourished with them here and also obviously a credit to all staff for dealing with so many different personalities. Can't thank everyone enough for helping through the "threen-ages" 🙄 just adding to my review on my son's last day at ELC to start school, this team have been nothing short of incredible to have been part of our lives. Kind, respectful, supportive and generally always there to help. I can't say thank you enough.
