What is Toddle?

Toddle is your quick and simple solution to search, review and apply for child care centres near you! And as a parent, it’s completely free to use our service. We’re dedicated to working closely with you to find the ideal centre for your family. With a combination of 40 years of experience in the child care space, we have the knowledge and resources to help you through your child care journey.

How does Toddle work?

2. Search our comprehensive list of child care centres in Australia.
3. Review centre information and features and apply for those that best suit your family.

Does it cost me anything to use Toddle?

Toddle is a completely free resource for parents to use. Please note: once you complete your enrolment at your chosen child care centre, standard child care fees apply.

What happens when I click Enquire Now?

When you click Enquire Now, you are applying to visit your chosen child care centre to review its suitability for your family. This is not an enrolment, nor are you committed to anything at this stage. We will reach out to you to confirm your centre visit request. We believe that one of the best ways to know that a centre is right for your family is to attend a centre visit in person.

If I click Enquire Now, does that mean I have enrolled in a centre?

When you click Enquire Now, you’re not enrolled at that particular centre, you’ve only applied to attend a centre visit. This is not an enrolment, nor are you committed to anything at this stage. We will reach out to you to confirm your centre visit request. We believe that one of the best ways to know that a centre is right for your family is to attend a centre visit in person.

What information do you give to the child care centre?

When you click Enquire Now, we send your chosen centre the key information required to assess suitability with that centre. This includes your name, your nominated contact details, the number and age of your children, your chosen start date and the days of the week you’re ideally seeking. If you have any extra notes you’d like to attach, please include this on your application form. These details will be sent straight to the Centre Manager of your chosen centre. What happens if I applied to a centre but I change my mind?

If you click Enquire Now for a centre you were interested in but change your mind after your submission has gone through, that’s absolutely fine! All you need to do is contact the Toddle Help Team on 1800 100 266 or at hello@childcarenearme.com and we can cancel your application.

How can my child care centre feature on Child Care Near Me?

If you’d like your child care centre to be featured or would like to update your centre profile, contact on the Toddle site, please contact our friendly Toddle Team at mycentre@childcarenearme.com.au.

Does it cost my child care centre to be featured on Toddle?

It doesn’t cost you to feature your centre on Toddle. If you’d like to feature on Toddle or update your centre profile contact our friendly Toddle Help Team on 1800 100 266 or at mycentre@childcarenearme.com.au.

Does Toddle only feature Long Day Care centres?

At this time Toddle features only Long Day Care in Australia.

If a parent clicks Enquire Now, are they applying to enrol at my centre?

No. If a parent clicks Enquire Now, they are requesting a centre visit, hopefully with the intention to enrol. We recommend that all parents visit their chosen centre in person to make sure it’s the right fit for their family.

How will I know a parent is interested in visiting my child care centre?

When a parent is interested in visiting your child care centre, you’ll receive an email with their request. A member of our friendly Toddle team will also be in contact to help you arrange a centre visit with the family at a time that’s mutually suitable.

How do I change my child care centre details?
