Your Kids Our Kids Childcare Centre

Your Kids Our Kids has been awarded with "Exceeding Rating" in the assessment and rating process conducted by the Department of Education and Training. We were established in 2008 and have since been operating as an extremely successful and highly recommended Early Childhood Service. We are a 29-place centre located in a quite location in Moorebank, with a Local Park, Library and Shopping Centre nearby that we regularly visit.  

Our vision at Your Kids Our Kids is to be #1 in Early Childhood Education. We pride ourselves on being care and are education specialists for children aged from 2.5 to 6 years of age. Our centre has been specifically designed to provide an enriched environment, which is safe, nurturing, and dynamic for individual learning and development. Our high quality program features a child-centred approach that recognises the unique characteristics of each individual child, with routines that are flexible and tailored to meet their needs. We are a very multicultural centre and believe children thrive in a culturally diverse environment, where they are able to share personal experiences and learn from their peers.

We offer a School and Life Readiness Program at our service for all children, which is planned by 2 Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our School-Readiness Program does not just concentrate on learning numbers and letters. It is a dynamic and diverse program that incorporates Project based learning, Science, Geography, Physical Health, The Arts, Technology and LIFE SKILLS. We ensure that all our children are socially, emotionally and academically confident before entering Formal Education.

At Your Kids Our Kids, we use ‘Storypark’ as an online child portfolio program. ‘Storypark’ enables parents to receive real time updates of their children including observations, learning stories, photos and videos on a regular basis. It further enables families to stay in close contact with their child’s educator. This software also keeps parents updated on events at the centre and encourages their participation within the program.

We have fully trained full time Chef who provides nutritious, multicultural and delicious hot meals each day. Our menu is based on a four-week rotating menu and the children are provided with Breakfast, Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and supper every day. All allergies, dietary/cultural requirements and food intolerances are happily accommodated for.

Regular incursions and excursions are a beauty of our centre. We believe that learning happens in a variety of contexts and regular visits from our Local community members (Such as Police, Fire Brigade, Local Dentist) assist our children in understanding their place and connection to their world. We are known for holding beautiful events that soo many of our amazing families and extended families attend and love! We love creating a family atmosphere and building special bonds with all our children and families.
