Do NOT send your children here. The lack of supervision is appalling. On my child’s last day (when we decided to pull him out) the educators didn’t even know where he was when he was getting picked up. The educators do not help children develop friendships (which is what they should do in their job), the educators do not pick up on things. My child told me he had been hurt by one child multiple times. His last daycare told me as soon as anything happened so I thought this daycare would do the same, well their lack of supervision is probably why nothing was ever reported. I thought if anything was happening then they’d tell me so I wasn’t sure whether to believe him (huge mistake). He hurt his back on his last day and yet no one knew about it. One day I came to drop my child off and heard an educator scream at another child who I believe has a mental disability. Yes, screamed at a disabled child who was crying. There has been a trauma child come in who terrified my child. My child is not there to be an experiment to see if others can cope. Creating fear in my child is not okay. The director Lesley brushed off my concerns for the educators not knowing where my son is and said ‘the walls are 3ft so the children can’t escape’ Yet someone can come in and grab a child. These educators should be monitoring blind spots yet it’s apparent they don’t. They will not help your children. My child went for 3 months and not a single photo was of him playing with others, or happy. There are better places. This place looks nice but the educators needs to focus on critical things.
