Worst childcare ever ! They’ll tell you they have availability and that there’s capacity ! And when they see You they’ll then tell you there’s no availability based on whether they like you or not ! I spoke to the department of education ! Your discrimination is disgusting .

I wouldn't recommend Young academics Yagoona to anyone who has children. My son was treated such poorly. Twice I found his nappies soiled on one occasion it wasn't changed until I arrived God knows how long he was sitting in that nappy for in the 40 degree heat which left him a huge rash. He would constantly be left out of activities whilst other kids would be sitting with educators and engaging in activities. I spoke to the centre manager and she told me that she would get the educator to call me when I enquired about my son's progress and wellbeing and when I confronted that educator she had no idea that she was meant to call me back as the centre manager told me that she would get the educator to give me feedback. Another educator also made comments about my son's development which left me absolutely furious. If your an educator you should be engaged in every child's development and teaching them fine motor skills and social skills absolutely disgusting! Don't teach kids if you don't have the passion for it! Wrong job for such people. My son would come home and be out of character all afternoon/night and refused to eat or do anything which makes me believe that my son was being bullied. Last week I was told that the area manager would call me back and speak to me in regards to withdrawing my son out of the centre but nothing again. I will report this place to the department because it's absolutely disgusting that there is no communication from any educator/manager to parents. Also bullying a kid who is 21 months you must be sick! Pathetic service. I am absolutely furious about the entire situation. How is this centre even running! My son deserves better
