We are new parents and thought this daycare would be a great start for her. During the start the educators We sending daily stories and seemed to be giving good feedback about our daughters progress. Over time things started to dip and the stories would not be daily. Our daughter Whitney first got scratched which we understood and were hopefull it was a one off occasions. She was bitten 1 month later which we were upset about. We decided to let this slide as kids will be kids. We were shocked that 2 weeks later she was bitten again and we suspect by the same child. The team was not helpful in making is feel safe about leaving our daughter with them. We have since moved our daughter to another daycare and she has flourished and has since never been bitten or scratched. There is a notable difference in care and feedback. I would not advise this daycare given my experience Regards
