I witnessed a female swim instructor yelling shut up to a petrified small primary school child who was told to jump in the deep end of the pool. Please parents beware of this. it was child abuse. It was heartbreaking.

Took the kids there 4 swim lessons, my wife tried to cancel her direct debits over summer as we couldn't attend them & dont have alot of money with Christmas & getting ready 4 school & kindy, only to be ridiculed by the rude lady at the counter & told her she needs 2 weeks notice to cancel debits & informed its not her problem we don't have much money. Left my wife feeling stupid & embarrassed so we will never set foot in here again. Besides the place is filthy. Swim & survive is a much better & friendly environment for our kids by far. So thanks rude lady at counter u actually did us a favour!
