Where We Grow - Emerald

Management at little gems direct debited $865 from my account without notification, then after emails and phone calls after 1 week still not reversed into my account as promised. They are ignoring my emails, after many phone calls are still not contactable to rectify the issue. Unacceptable that a Business operates this way. Apparently there are only 2 office staff and no owners of the business to be contacted. No accounts staff? This is extremely odd. When it was previously owned there was staff for accounts, managers you could contact. Leaves me no choice but to take my child out which is a huge inconvenience as there is very little options available.
