West Ryde Early Learning Centre

We are truly grateful to every teacher at this centre — they are attentive, patient, and make our child feel happy and safe every day. A special thank you to the centre manager, Ellie. She is warm, genuine, and truly dedicated to running the centre with heart, not just as a job -- it's her passion! The whole place feels like a big, welcoming family. There’s a strong sense of belonging, and people here really care. When we first joined, we did notice the facilities weren’t as new as the previous centre we attended — but everything is clean and well organised, and most importantly, the close and heartfelt connections we’ve experienced here are something we never found elsewhere. That, to us as parents, is the most valuable thing of all.

We are so excited to be joining the West Ryde Early Learning Centre community! Although we’ve only just started with a few orientation visits, we already feel incredibly welcomed and confident that this is the perfect environment for our son. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were impressed by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the wide range of engaging activities available. The team has created such a vibrant and stimulating space for children to explore and grow. Our son absolutely loves the variety of animals at the centre—especially the chickens, fish, and insects. It's wonderful to see how these early interactions are helping to build his curiosity and understanding. A special mention goes to the centre manager, Ellie, who is very passionate about what she does. Her positive energy and genuine care for the children and families shine through in every interaction. It’s so reassuring to see someone so dedicated and enthusiastic leading the way. We’ve already seen how much thought goes into the special events and celebrations, like the recent Mother’s Day event, which shows how much the centre values family involvement. We can’t wait to officially begin this journey and are so grateful to have found such a caring, fun, and enriching place for our son to learn and grow!

Our experience with West Ryde Early Learning Centre has been wonderful. The educators are incredibly supportive and attentive, especially in helping our son settle in. English isn’t his first language, so we were initially worried, but they’ve done an amazing job communicating with him and building strong, caring relationships. We’re so grateful for their ongoing dedication and would highly recommend them to other families.

My daughter joined West Ryde ELS when she was 8 months old and in spite of her developmental delays, she has made a remarkable progress with support of the wonderful management and staff at West Ryde ELS. She is now 4 years old and keeps getting better each day. The entire team is supportive, communicates well and aligns and understands our goals for our daughter. It is evident that they go above and beyond to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment for every child that attends the service. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!
