The educators are so nice to my kids! My little one will come until he turn two years old

作为三个孩子的妈妈，这家cc是我十年来遇见的最差的cc。educators都还算友好，奇葩的是他们的director。我家老三两岁多，在这里呆了几个月，把我们的经历分享给需要的人。第一，只要孩子有一声咳嗽，没有发烧没有流鼻涕，立马打电话要你接回家。第二，孩子有湿疹，即使你提供给她QV cream他也需要你出示医生证明，你如果没有出示他们是不会帮忙抹的，即使你要求他每次孩子吃完饭请帮忙擦干净手，缓解湿疹症状，他们不会理。他们觉得你湿疹严重，那么你的小孩不可以送去。第三，如果他觉得你需要马上接孩子走，五分钟之内，你必须接走，无论你在何方。第四，他们的director没办法跟人好好沟通，不关心如何提供好的服务和更好的教育方式学习玩耍的环境，只会一天好几个电话指责家长，提无理要求，让你赶紧把孩子接回家。作为双职工家庭，我们一周需要五天的childcare，我们很固定很少会突然换cc，由于跨洲搬家，所以选择了新的cc给最小的孩子，但是这一家让我们感到震惊，希望看到的家长慎重考虑。

As a mom of three, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with child care services. I have written so many positive comments for those great services providers and this is the first time I have to write down the horrible experience I had with Waverley Kids to help any other parent who is looking for a good child care for their children. Definitely waverley Kids won’t be the option. The management from Waverley Kids doesn’t care about how to provide better services and develop better education systems for your kids. What they want to do is taking your money and find any excuse they can use to send your kids home without being reasonable. One star for other friendly educators. But the management is the most ridiculous and rude one I have ever met.
