Watch Us Grow Gosford

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We take comments about our service seriously; however, there are a number of statements in this review that do not reflect our service.

Most notably, our rooms are not separated by curtains. We do not have curtains dividing rooms or restricting visibility between learning spaces. For this reason, we are concerned that this review may relate to a different service.

We also wish to clarify that our educational programs are clearly displayed within each room and are available for families to view, discuss and provide feedback on at any time. Our educators and leadership team are committed to open communication and professional engagement with families, and we actively encourage parents to ask questions about their child’s learning, development and daily experiences.

Communication with families is an important part of our practice. Our team makes time each morning and afternoon to speak with parents about their child’s day, routines, experiences and any matters that may be relevant. Families also receive ongoing information through daily reflections, documented learning experiences and monthly observations that record and communicate children’s progress and participation.

We are proud of the amount of planning, documentation, reflection and communication our educators undertake every day. For that reason, we do not consider the suggestion that our service lacks transparency to be an accurate reflection of our practices.

We wish you and your family all the very best.
