This service is not highly recommended. There have been some instances of child harm with my child(ren) and official complaints lodged with Department of Education. There are a few educators in the team that are great, however a couple really bring down their overall standard of care. In addition, reading Jarrod Botheras’ 1-Star review (posted early November 2023), I can only assume the person at reception has the initials B.C. as I have also experienced insincere and unprofessional dealings with this person at the service. I have experienced instances where staff’s personal friendships and social discussions have prohibited their 100% focus on caring for children.
