We left Chatterbox/Una childcare. My son wasn’t receiving the care that we expected from them. My son arrived at home hurt, bruises very close to eyes with big bumps and we didn’t receive even an incident report, it happened more than once. Sent message to the teacher and she didn’t even answered. Honestly some people in there are in the incorrect jobs because the kids are not priority for them. The last that we couldn’t accept anymore was that they left my son hungry, he asked the teacher for a second piece of sandwich and the teacher said no even though they say that they do not refuse giving food for kids but in reality it is not true. The teacher said in my husband’s face that she wasn’t allowed to give more than 1 piece of bread to each child. The fee for the service isn’t cheap and they left a 3 years old hungry. And if you complain they are rude to you. So for us it was enough.
