The Lookout Early Education Centre is a family run centre, with educators who are committed to providing a happy, safe, fun, educational environment for your child to learn and grow.

We are proud of our highly qualified teachers and staff who love bringing out the best in every child, encouraging and embracing individual personalities and talents.

What we offer:

• The Lookout caters for children from babies to six years of age.
• The centre is open 51 weeks of the year, from 7.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
• We have an Exceeding rating under the NQF
• We believe in developing a program that is co-constructed by the children and our educators to implement meaningful and purposeful learning. Our program is a balance of both structured and planned experiences, with opportunities for open ended play and for the children to develop foundational literacy and numeracy knowledge.
• As part of our curriculum, we concentrate on child-centred learning and on developing essential skills that the children will need to transition to school with ease.
• The Lookout curriculum and philosophy encourages parents’ input and participation.
• As an addition to our curriculum, we offer a diverse extra curriculum program and incursions which are provided to all our age groups. The unique location of the centre enables us to provide excursions around our local environment.
• We believe that independence is a vital skill from an early age, aiding resilience, persistence and maturity and we embed this throughout our daily routine and planned experiences.
• We recognise the importance of early literacy, numeracy and social and emotional development.
• Healthy, nutritious meals are provided
• Disposable nappies are provided for all children, as required.
