We could never recommend the Learning Sanctuary Brighton centre to anyone. We’ve had to take both of our children out of the centre this year. It has so much potentials but unfortunately the centre manager was the biggest let down. Tracey is not fit to the leader, she lacks empathy and care, I would go as far as saying she hates the children. From what I witnessed staff had no respect for her, and all the parents shared the same sentiments. The centre has no structure, no consistency and very little focus on academic education. Some of the staff tried their hardest. Vicky, Sienna in the junior toddlers room were amazing, they were caring and truly loved the kids. Shika in the 4 year old kinder was great too, but unfortunately she had to follow the centre’s directions with regard to the educational programs, so it was a waste of time. Our daughter loved Shika, not her fault. There were a couple of serious incidents that occurred during our year there. One in particular could have resulted in a very serious injury, sufficient supervision and care from the staff could have prevented it. The way those incidents were dealt with were most disappointing. We could really see the difference with the new centre our kids are at now- they are so much happier. We’re just very glad we made this move for our children. There are far too many good childcare around in the area to consider, I would say don’t settle if you’re unhappy here and if you are considering sending your children here I urge you think extremely carefully. They are also the most expensive at nearly $200 per child per day, but like everything price is only ever an issue in absence of value.

After visiting what seems like every daycare in the area our decision to send our son here was an easy one. The facilities and team are incredible and it didn't take long before he couldn't wait to be dropped off to play with his friends.
