As a carer, the Hive centre has all the aesthetics at presentation, and we want so much to like this centre because of limited options in the area, however, there is an unspoken toxic environment of unfriendliness, unprofessional approach to addressing any concerns, and 'stiff upper lip' expression on their staff. Unfortunately very disappointing. It is only weeks into the term and we need to consider other options. When adults feel the negativity then it is not a good fit. Any kind of response from the centre will be insufficient because we are now in a position to ship out.

Our son just finished over 4 years at the Hive Sunshine to start primary school. We couldn't be happier that he spent his early childhood here.The management Chris and Cheryl were always responsive to anything we needed. The educators were kind and caring and helped us with everything our son needed. A wonderful place to help your baby grow and learn. Thank you to everyone for the best memories.
