It has been less than a month and it has been nothing short of fantastic. From day one, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive to my son's needs. The environment is warm, clean, and well-organized, creating a perfect space for learning and play. The activities they provide are engaging and age-appropriate, sparking his curiosity and helping him develop new skills every day. I'm especially impressed by how they tailor their approach to each child's individual personality and learning style. I also really appreciate the open communication. The staff regularly keeps me updated on how my son is doing, whether it's through notes, photos, or brief conversations during drop-off and pick-up. It gives me peace of mind knowing that he is in such capable hands. I want to take this moment to express my deepest gratitude for Geny, the director, for running such a tight ship. And Funda, Jen, Liz, Stacey and all educators for the incredible support and kindness you have shown as my son began his journey at Mill Park Heights. It is truly special to hear my son say, 'I had a nice day at school' at every pick up! Your thoughtful approach and genuine understanding have not gone unnoticed. It is clear that you have a special gift for making children feel comfortable and valued, and I am truly grateful for the positive impact you have already had on my son. This is to say thank you for being the 'Mothers in Absentia' for our children and looking after them with such grace.
