My first child has attended the TGA Ed Park 1 since its opening in sept 2019. My second child just started the baby room in Feb this year, and the educators ( especially Ms Eirini, Miss Olivia,Ms Tony and Miss Sienna) are so friendly and approachable whenever I need to raise my concerns. They are adaptable to my requests and have always communicated with me. My little one has adjusted to the TGA within a month with no tears, and he is very eager to attend TGA! We have been having a few illnesses for the first 6 months, but my little one has always felt comfortable to be back to the TGA after the illness. This has proven that Ms Eirini and Miss Olivia has built the trust with my son. As a parent who has sent my children to TGA from the year 2018, I highly recommend the services there especially the constant communication with parents. Miss Julia has been very approachable, friendly whenever I need help from the center. However it has been a few staff rotating in the baby room for the past few weeks ( different floaters) were in the baby room where I personally don't feel comfortable with new faces (some educators were not good in handling such young age babies) everytime I pick up my child during the late afternoon. I totally understand that the staff issues are out of control of parents hand. It will be good if the management can roster the familiar face with the same floaters in the baby room. The babies in the baby room 0-1 are the youngest age in the whole center. It will be harder for them to get use to new faces all the time which I have witness a few times that there were some babies (including mine ) can get very unsettled with new faces during my pick up late afternoon.

Amazing childcare center where my two children have been going since last year and absolutely love it. They have exceptional educators, center is always clean, have an in-house Chef cook nutritious meals, have got plenty of toys, activities , soccer classes, yoga and meditation- a place where I can be assured that my children are safe, engaged and happy.

The Grove Academy is amazing! From the enrolments team Carolina in particular to the amazing Director Emily Sergi and the wonderful team of caring and compassionate staff who work with the children, I was so impressed. If I didn’t have to change centres for location reasons I would have happily continued on to our first day! My daughter Angelena loved it there at her first orientation visit and that says a lot! Blessings to the whole TGA team!!
