The Early Learning Hub Picton

Disappointed with The Early Learning Hub Picton. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this centre. Staff demonstrated a concerning lack of understanding around child development, behaviour management, and emotional regulation. Their approach to discipline appeared reactive and inconsistent with the National Quality Standards. Communication with families was poor, and our concerns were not addressed appropriately. It felt as though the wellbeing of the children was not prioritised, and staff training in key areas seemed insufficient. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in staff development and child-centred practices. Parents deserve transparency, respect, and confidence in the care their children receive
