Very unprofessional childcare centre. Rude staff and even their own staff like to involve themself in other people’s personal situations. A court order has nothing to do with staff messaging parents new partners aswell.
Response from the owner22 days agoEarly childhood education and care services must operate in strict accordance with the National Law and Regulations, including clear authorisations for drop-offs, collections, and compliance with parenting plans or court orders. As such, we are unable to alter arrangements to suit one parent and require agreement on attendance and fees where care is shared. We remain committed to upholding children's safety at all times.

Wonderful people and totally caring and responsible carers. Could not speak more highly of them. I have had a lot of interactions with the owners, managers and staff and have always been totally impressed with their responsibility and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend Berry Patch! I cannot recommend Berry Patch highly enough. The staff are always incredibly polite, caring, and trained well above industry standards. They consistently ensure that each child’s individual and special needs are met, prioritising their safety and wellbeing at all times. The centres are spotlessly clean and offer fantastic amenities that encourage creativity and fun. It's a beautiful environment where children can explore, learn, and make great little friends along the way. Amazing job to all the Berry Patch staff—thank you for everything you do!

Both of my children have attended The Berry Patch Preschool, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for their early education. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt the warmth, care, and genuine passion the educators have for what they do.
