@youngacademicswyong. DO NOT send your children there. An absolutely horrific and dangerous company, staff are unhelpful and rude. My daughter went to the wyong centre, she is anaphylactic to dairy, and on two occasions they gave her items that caused a reaction (swelling and hives). There were risk assessments that were made incorrectly and put my daughter at risk. (They conducted a science experiment with cows milk that my girl is anaphylactic to) There were anaphylactic signs for my daughter that were not put up and instead filled in a drawer. Regardless I kept my child at the centre and tried to contact management for months to no avail. After some financial difficulty, they terminated care, and when I asked why after months of lack of care all this had fallen on deaf ears, a member of management questioned my mothering and asked 'if the care was so bad why did I leave her there'. I couldn't move her anywhere as there wasnt any availability near me. Absolute no no, please dont take your children there. Staff get treated badly and many have left because of this. And when I was trying to speak to them they hung up on me. Dont do it, you do not feel safe with the care (or lack of) they provide.

Young Academics Wyong is a wonderful centre, full of passionate and creative staff that are continually crafting playful and educational experiences for the kids. I couldn't be happier with Young Academics Wyong and the YA Team!
