Tasman Parade Early Learning Centre

There were issues with organisation, communication, and the way concerns were handled. At times, it felt like staff were not properly communicating with each other, which created unnecessary confusion and made the experience more stressful than it needed to be.

I also felt that some staff members lacked professionalism, patience, and appropriate communication when dealing with concerns. A professional centre should have clear communication, respectful interactions, and management that listens to feedback and takes concerns seriously.
