Dear Neighbour, We can understand and sympathise with you on the noise complaints. Over the years, we have been trying to accommodate the surrounding residents by adjusting the children's outdoor routine to ensure we can coexist in harmony. Our license states that we are allowed to operate between 7:30AM to 6:00PM. However, after some negotiation we agreed to keep the children inside until 8:45AM to reduce the noise. We also tried to adjust the classroom routines to ensure not all the children are outside at the same time over a prolonged period of time. We are saddened by your allegation regarding the teachers. Many of our parents also live in the surrounding buildings with a full view of our playground. Many of these parents are also working from home allowing them to periodically observe their own children throughout the day. And so far, they are quite pleased with our service. All of the children at our centre have developed a sense of belonging and are no longer show any separation anxiety from their parents. We understand that they can be a little bit too loud when they are playing outside. We would like to extend our apologies to you if they get too excited. This is because they understand that they are required to use their inside voice when they are in their classrooms and only when they are outside that they are able to run around with their friends during their play.
