Absolutely despicable services, the manager “Ibrahim” swears as he is not able to communicate ethically and they have made me pay for day care services while double dipping from the government. There resolution is that centre-link and family services are lying and that Ibrahim is the person who is right! I no longer feel this provider is safe to have my children as a part of there unprofessional services and feel bad for the educators working under them. I have taken my kids out of such a disgraceful day care agency. They are not even worth the 1 star but i had to put it as i want my review to warn other parents. We work hard to have a service to look after our kids but a shame that provider agencies ruin it for lovely educators.
