Hello everyone,

I'm Somaia, the educator at Sumi's Tiny Treasures Family Day Care, registered with Foundations Family Day Care. With a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and four enriching years in the field, I bring a wealth of experience to nurturing young minds.

My journey in children's services has taken me through diverse environments such as childcare, Montessori, and family day care educator roles. Certified in Early Childhood Education, Police clearance, First Aid (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training), Mental Health First Aid, and responding to Abuse and Neglect, I ensure a secure and supportive space for every child and family.

At Tiny Treasures, your child's well-being is paramount. We blend structure with flexibility, tailoring activities to their unique needs and interests. Exploring our community through park visits, playgroups, and library outings enriches their learning experiences.

Aligned with the Early Years Framework (Being, Becoming, Belonging) and My Time Our Place framework for school-aged care, our program fosters holistic development.

I'll be delighted to welcome children from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to accommodate your family's schedule upon request.
