I had a wonderful placement experience at the centre. After trying to find placement opportunities closer to Geelong, I was very grateful to be given the opportunity to complete my placement here in the nursery room. The babies were absolutely lovely, I really enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know their individual personalities and routines. My room leader, the educators and the management team were very supportive throughout my placement. They were always willing to guide me, answer my questions and share their experience to help me complete my placement successfully. I especially appreciated seeing how well the educators knew each child’s individual routines, needs and preferences, and how much care they put into creating a warm, happy and nurturing environment for the children. I learned so much from this placement and gained more confidence working with babies. Thank you to everyone at Story House Tarneit for supporting me and giving me the opportunity to learn and grow during my placement. 😊
