I am beyond grateful for the incredible team at Story House Springvale South. From the very first day, every staff member has been consistently supportive, kind, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure my daughter feels safe, comfortable, and truly valued during her time there. The center itself is always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for both children and parents. The team’s dedication is evident in everything they do, and I deeply appreciate how they always take the time to listen to my concerns and respond promptly to any inquiries I have about her care. It’s such a relief to know that my daughter is in such capable, compassionate hands. I couldn’t ask for a better place for her to grow and thrive!

Very welcoming, friendly, loving /and clean childcare service! They go way above and beyond to care for your child!. They also track down when your child, eats, sleeps, nappy change ect…via the kangaroo app which I love the most! The chef makes AMAZING nutritious foods! All the staff members there are so naturing and just simply the best and the nicest! Storyhouse is just so good I wouldn’t put my child anywhere else but here and this is my 2nd child attending at this service! Thank you for looking after Antonio this is his 2nd home!
