Our experience with story house Norlane has always been a positive one and we’re glad to have a safe and nurturing environment for our child to thrive in. I couldn’t ask for better educators and management. They have become a second family to us ❤️

Unfortunately the company has been sold. In the last 3 months since the new owners took over all the long term staff quit. Theres no longer a chef onsite. All the supports and services have been quietly discontinued. I’m very lucky my child is transitioning into prep and will no longer be attending.

The overall experience was great for the last two years until last couple of months. My kid was hitten and beaten by other kid. Bitten today as well. There was only one teacher in the play area. Given non-veg food to our kid and not reported to us. So quality of services and name that Karen & Kieran created is not there anymore. Unfortunately, due to concerns about safety and communication, we've decided to move our kids to another daycare facility.
