I would like to express my appreciation for the Room 2 leading educator. The way she engages with the children, supports them, and communicates with families is truly commendable. I’m really grateful for her dedication and care. In the mornings, some staff members warmly welcome the children, which brings a great sense of relief and comfort when we are dropping them off at Story House. If all staff could consistently provide that same warm welcome, it would make a big difference for parents, helping us start our day with peace of mind. Overall, I’m very happy with the management and care provided at Story House. Thank you to the team for all the wonderful work you do.

My son absolutely loves going here. He's been going here since he was 5 months and now he's almost 2. The educators are so lovely and treat the kids as they would their own. I also love the updates on the app we get so we know exactly what his day has been like and the fun activities they do, sharing photos along with it. He learns so much, I feel like he's coming home with almost a new skill each day! Would 100% recommend Story House Epping.
