The educators evidently have a special bond with all the children and are very welcoming. As a parent, I appreciate the high focus on education that they have through many creative ways, I also love the daily updates. The open communication helps to align routines between home and care which has helped me as a first time mum to adapt schedules as he gets older. My son is so intelligent and daycare has certainly been a contributor to that. They continue to challenge him and he continues to surprise me with the rate he learns new things. The play area is not like some of the new centres, it’s a basic play space but I personally prefer this because the children use their imaginations more, or get stimulation through other ways, instead of playing in a playground for hours on end.

I chose your center based on its reputation for exceeding standards in childcare quality. However, an incident has left me questioning whether those standards are being consistently upheld. While my child was transitioning through a play date he had sand thrown into his hair and eyes by another child and was also pushed during playtime. Despite the seriousness of these actions, no staff member appeared to intervene or address the situation appropriately. Supervision and proactive behavior management are critical in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for all children. I am deeply concerned that the lack of immediate intervention and follow-up may indicate gaps in supervision policies. I have always found it challenging to feel fully confident leaving my child in someone else’s care. This incident has made it more difficult for me to trust the environment. As a result, I have made the decision to not enrol my child in this childcare centre. To other parents who have witnessed or experienced similar situations, I encourage you to speak up and raise awareness to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.

They're great with our almost 2yo who only attends once a week and had never been to day care previously. Updates via the app throughout the day make it easier for us (mum and dad) to see she's doing well. Little things like the reception ladies knowing Zelda by name on just her second visit when we arrive makes us feel welcome and included.
