About Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre, Bexley
Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre, Kirrawee previously named President Avenue Child Care Centre has been operating for 25 Years. As at March 2018 the centre is under new management by Neisha Pitt and her team of passionate, enthusiastic and motivated staff. The Stepping Stones Kirrawee team have recently supported a renovation of the existing interior, this update has allowed new facilities to support the younger age group of children. The centre will soon see a face lift to the exterior of the centre, with added security to the parent and visitor entry point.
The creation of an organic community Kinder-garden complete with worm farm and rabbits will support our sustainable approach to early childhood education. The experience gained from our already established Community Kinder-garden at our Bexley service will support the integration and implementation of the soon to be creation of the Kirrawee community Kinder-garden. We believe our community garden will create the foundation of many learning opportunities for children, the staff and visitors to Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre, Kirrawee.
Neisha has more than 20 years early childhood training and experience and holds a Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood Education. Neisha’s experience has ranged from many years working in privately owned centres as well as working for the Sutherland shire council in many of their 12 centres within Sydneys Sutherland Shire.
You may already know Neisha or think “Im sure I have heard than name before”. Neisha and her husband John were the winners of the channel nine hit TV series in 2010 THE BLOCK. Stepping Stones Early Learning Centre and the children who attended the centre at the time were also previewed on the show. Having a camera crew in the centre was a very exciting time for all, however the children seeing themselves on tv we have been told by their parents was a once in a life time experience that has become a cherished memory by all.

Not being proper role models for TAFE students and kicked them out for no reason, which is unprofessional work and these students are unable to complete their work placement, due to disrespectful staff not letting them do the tasks that they needed to do.

From the staff to all the fun, creative activities they do with the kids, we couldn’t ask for a better place to send our boy. From day one, the level of care and support they have provided has been outstanding and although our little one can’t yet talk, his eyes light up when we take him so we can just tell that he absolutely loves going in each day. Alex, Anastasia, Chantelle, Adriana and Alexia and all the rest of the staff are excellent and we couldn’t have hoped to send our boy to as good a place as this with people as dedicated to making these kids as happy as them. Number 2 will definitely be going to this daycare.
