The Shortland St Nicholas OOSH team are brilliant. They ensure all the kids feel safe, secure and confident to try to the best of their ability. They take the time to genuinely get to know the child/ren in order to help them achieve best they can and also highlight to us as parents when something is just not right. The OOSH kids are a family of their own. You can see them supporting each other in other vacation care settings and also in school - from Year 6 to Kinder they form a unique bond.
