Unreliable, you keep closing rooms with less than 24 hours notice, how are we supposed to make caring plans for our children. Why are all your staff resigning? It’s literally been about 20-30 people in the past 6 months, what are you doing to them? Ebony’s loss was the final straw for me, you’s must be awful to work for.
