Our eldest has attended this centre since 2021, and while there have been some ups and downs—especially during a period of high staff turnover—a lot has changed for the better. The new manager has been fantastic: kind but firm, and it really shows in the culture. The team now seem happier and genuinely connected and staff turnover is low. Our baby has recently started and absolutely loves it. The educators are warm, caring, and always engaging the children in meaningful activities. We especially love the morning affirmations—they set such a lovely tone for the day. Overall, we’re really happy with how far the centre has come and the wonderful environment they provide for both of our children.
