I have completed my placement for Certificate III and Graduate diploma. This is one of the best centre, they offered me job as well. As both a recent student on placement and During my placement, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and genuine care exhibited by all the educators. I had the opportunity to observe the daily routines, programming, and interactions up close, and I saw firsthand how much thought and effort goes into creating a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment for every child.The staff are clearly passionate about early childhood education and are constantly striving to support each child's individual development. Now, as a parent, my experience mirrors and reinforces everything I learned during my placement. Sending my son has been one of the best decisions we've made. He absolutely thrives there! From the moment we drop him off, he's greeted with warmth and enthusiasm, and he often comes home bubbling with excitement about the day's activities. I'm consistently impressed by the engaging and creative learning experiences they offer and the communication from the centre is exceptional. I receive regular updates on my son's day, including his eating, sleeping, and key learning moments, which gives me immense peace of mind. The educators are always approachable and willing to discuss any concerns or celebrate milestones. They genuinely know each child well and tailor their approach to meet individual needs. For any parent seeking a childcare centre that prioritizes not just care, but also genuine education and a truly supportive community, I wholeheartedly recommend Small Friends Childcare centre, It's a place where children flourish, and parents feel confident and connected.

Thats how they treating new students who comes for placement in there center. I think there staff need some counselling that how to talk new learning students “” staff reply from center to students “” we are not accepting any students from Victoria university till end of June and July and also our parents have raised concerns of having male placement students so kindly try to find placement in some other center.
