Sherridan's Family Daycare offers a calm, welcoming, nurturing home-based environment where children are encouraged to learn, explore and develop at their own individual pace.

With over 20 years experience as an educator, I believe childhood shuld not be rushed. Children are supported and guided when needed whilse also being given the time and space and freedom to explore, play and simply enjoy being children.

Our days ar erelaxed, flexible and responsive to the children in care. Activities and learning experiences are based around each child's interests, abilities and developmental needs rather than follow a rigid program. Children have opportunities to enjoy sensory and creative play, outdoor experiences, imaginative play, music and movement, yoga, books, nature, construction, art and every day lofe experiences.

I aim to provide a smaller, home-like environment where children can feel safe, secure, valued and inclided. Building trusting, open and honest relationships with children and families is an important part of my service.

I hold current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training and undertake prefessional development to supprt the children in my care.

For added convenience for families, meals and snacks, nappies and wipes are provided.

At Sfherridan's Family Daycare, the focus is on providing a safe and happy place where children can belong, build confidence, develop friendships and learn through play at their own pace.
