I am absolutely exhausted and disappointed by the administration at this centre. The educators were genuinely caring, but the admin team — especially Chloe — has caused me more stress than any childcare ever should. What should have been a simple process turned into weeks of frustration, incorrect billing, wrong attendance entries, Centrelink problems, and endless chasing up on my part. I trusted them with something as important as my child’s records, and they still managed to repeatedly enter the WRONG last day — even after confirming the correct date in writing. Because of their mistakes, I was charged after my child had already left. I had to fight for a refund, open a bank dispute, stop direct debits, contact Centrelink, and keep sending reminders just to fix something THEY messed up. There was no proper apology, no urgency, no accountability — nothing. The emotional toll of constantly correcting THEIR errors while caring for my family and working is something no parent should ever have to go through. The educators deserve praise, but the admin team is honestly the most careless, disorganised, and unprofessional group I have ever encountered in a childcare setting. Parents rely on accurate records for CCS and billing — their mistakes directly impact families financially. Yet the attitude felt dismissive and indifferent. I will never recommend Seeds Montessori to anyone unless they completely overhaul their administration. No parent should have to fight this hard to correct mistakes that should never have happened in the first place.
