Staff do not seem to understand the difference between a Day Care Centre and discipline camp. Daughter (in 2 - 3 room) was repeatedly told she is “naughty”, repeatedly removed from activities other children are participating in or put in “naughty chair”. We know this because of the number of times daughter was found in the naughty chair (naughty carpet, spot or whatever they call it) on pickup. Child also responds back with default “I am naughty” when the question is asked to her. Also staff would regularly complain to us saying “Your child was being silly or not listening or naughty.. etc” when asked. We just had enough and took her out

Kids look forward to going to childcare, and are always happy to be there. Last childcare was a totally different experience as they never liked to go. Staff are very friendly and seem like they have the experience and know what they're doing. I also likwd how education is introduced in fun ways such as games and songs etc.
