Rowley Kindergarten

Rowley Kindergarten is a long day care centre that has been serving the local community for over 55 years. As a family owned and operated service for 32 years, we are proud to have second generation teachers continuing our legacy of providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

Our Centre

Nestled within peaceful, well-maintained grounds, Rowley Kindergarten welcomes children aged 2 to 5 years. With a close-knit group of just 29 children each day, we offer a personalised, play-based learning environment inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework.

Operating Hours and Inclusions

• Operating 50 weeks a year, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Nutritious, freshly prepared meals made onsite
• Secure, well-maintained grounds, tucked safely away from the road
• Two large outdoor learning areas that foster active play and exploration
• Small group sizes ensuring personalised one-on-one teaching and strong connections
• Dedicated, experienced team
• Partnership with a local Speech Therapist to support literacy development
• Regular progress updates and reports shared via the OWNA app
• All-inclusive fees covering in-house educational programs and excursions
• Approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and Start Strong funding

Our Educational Approach

We follow a play-based, emergent curriculum that encourages creativity, independence, and problem-solving. Our curriculum includes:

• STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics), literacy, physical development, and cultural activities
• School Readiness Program to support a smooth transition to primary school
• Outdoor learning and sustainability initiatives
• Emotional and social capacity building
