Response from the owner

Vina! Long time no see. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review following your time as an employee with our centre. We’re sorry to see that your experience has somehow become a one-star one since leaving - memories can be funny like that! As this review appears to relate to a former employment relationship rather than an experience as a parent or family using our service, we won’t discuss the circumstances of your employment publicly. We genuinely wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope you find a workplace that is a better fit for you! 😊 — Management
