Puggles Early Learning Centre

Puggles use to be such a fabulous, beautiful, caring, loving, fun environment Anna created at Puggles. Unfortunately since Anna (Director) moved to a new job closer to home last sept/oct 25’ the centre has gone down hill and FAST! Multiple teachers and admin resigned within months of Anna’s departure. New director wouldn’t allow parents to take photos of their children at their preschool graduation - insisting she has someone taking photos. Well, unfortunately all she organised was a teacher with a DSLR who had no experience taking photos in a hall. The photos were blurry, and too far zoomed in, Missing half of people’s heads etc. I’m beyond devastated we have no decent photos to remember this day of our child’s life - all because of this new director that came in. The new director also never acknowledged parents or children for weeks after she started, I’m aware it would be a lot to take in, but seriously not meeting the parents, or just saying a quick hello? I’ve got many examples but I’ll finish on this one. Our child’s last day before Christmas break and she stood at the front desk/sign in area asking to have all the children collected before 3, as she’d like to do a prayer with staff, and really put the guilt onto a lot of parents that are trying to rush out for work and you’re asking us for an early mark? what have you done for anybody since you’ve arrived? The school board should reconsider her role. As I believe the centre will continue to decline under her ‘leadership’
