When schools say that they aren't a school more like a family is how I feel about this school. Although I do not attend it anymore I still have connections and this school really gave me the confidence to go into high school. ❤️❤️❤️

The teachers are lovely but this school is not suitable for some 3 year olds. It’s just not set up properly for that age group imo as the play areas are not contained tightly enough. If you have a runner it’s a disaster. The children also don’t have naps and most kids still need them at that age. The after school care also lost track of my son and I was told he was found 45 minutes later crying in a classroom on his own. I’m sure it’s lovely for older kids but be careful with younger ones. Make sure you check it out and make sure it’s suitable for your child. I found the teacher so lovely that I initially pulled him out and because he loved his teacher so much I tried to re-enrol him but in the long run am pleased I couldn’t get him back in and that we moved services.
Response from the ownerabout 2 years agoWe agree - our educators are indeed lovely! Our Centre has actually just received an EXCEEDING rating from the Deparment of Education which is the highest rating you can get as an early childhood service! We take great care in teaching children how to treat their environment, and the learning materials in the classrooms. We teach the children to respect the space and the materials and to treat them with care. The spaces are designed with kindergarteners in mind, with activities that engage and interest little ones. We know some young ones still need a rest, which they are offered if needed. Many children begin to grow out of naps at this stage so, for us, it's about attending to the child's individual needs rather than implementing a rest time for all children (which can also be tricky!) We're also vigilant with supervision of children. It sounds like you were misinformed or misunderstood the details of the incident where your children ran off from the educators. Any incident where a child has run off from educators have been managed very well by team members. On such occasions, staff guide children back to where they are meant to be playing or learning. Regular head counts, and maintaining child-staff ratios enable us to ensure that children are safe and cared for at all times.
