They are very unprofessional and they do not follow any rules. Their educators have lack of skills. They do rude behaviour with parents and kids specifically educator Renata and Elly. My son was abused there verbally and physically multiple times. I made a complaint about this centre. They make false allegations about the kid. Please keep your children away from this centre. This centre is not safe for children at all. Luckily my son is bigger and he told me everything. I am afraid for younger kids who can not talk. If kids get hurt they do not write the incident properly and hide the story and force parents to sign the incident report. They did samething when my son got head injury there. They traumatise kids. They make healthy kids sick by constantly bullying. On the top they will charge you for every day when your kid does not even go. If you tell them to cancel the booking they do not cancel and charge . It is a money mongering business rather providing care to the children. This centre put false allegations for my son that he was unsafe for other kids or educators. But story is opposite. The truth is multiple educators assaulted my son . They secludded and assaulted my son for longer period without my permission. For hiding the assault and seclusion, they put false allegations and cancelled all the bookings immediately without any discussion to hide incidents . Here reviews are not true or genuine. Their staff keep their own children in the centre. So mum and her colleagues put their attention on those kids, not others.
