Perfect Beginnings Montessori Children's House

I recently enquired about enrolment for my child after seeing the great reviews, but unfortunately my first impression was extremely disappointing. The girl who answered the phone was quite snappy, unhelpful and sounded like they genuinely disliked their job. It felt rushed and dismissive, and completely turned me off continuing with the centre. I even mentioned I was willing to pay the full fees for more flexibility. The attitude I received was as if I was an inconvenience. If someone is having a bad day, that shouldn’t be taken out on parents, especially when we’re enquiring about our children’s care. Based on this interaction alone, I’ve decided not to proceed. I would strongly suggest the centre review who is handling their phone enquiries, because first impressions matter and this one was unprofessional and off-putting.
