Highly unprofessional, impossible to get accurate information or clear communication. I enquired about enrolling my child in one of their services and was told only Wednesday was full. Went though the process of all their enrolment forms (including getting signatures witnessed) etc. and organising alternate care for Wednesday, then waited a full week before hearing anything (despite several phone calls to follow up, which no one knew what was going on) finally I get an email telling me the only available day is Friday. Frustrating to deal with, however now grateful I didn’t go ahead with enrolment as there is an obvious lack of effective management within this organisation!
