Our Lady of Good Counsel Early Leaning Centre - After School Care

I had my child enrolled since they opened. I have just un enrolled. There is a constant change of staff, some days I dropped off not knowing any of the educators and nor my child. On multiple occasions she was left in urine soaked clothes, and no one was aware. On one occasion I picked up and my child had tears streaming down her face from sunscreen being rubbed into the eyes and the educator was just reading them a book, sunscreen in the eyes is a chemical burn and can lead to blindness! I was not called and notified and my child did not receive the proper medical attention at the time. There are some very lovely staff but they constantly change.
