About Orana Community Preschool
Orana Community Preschool is licensed for 29 children per day. Our centre consists of one large room and one smaller Literacy room (lovingly referred to as the “yellow room” by our children), as well as a back veranda leading to our beloved back yard.
Our wonderful outdoor space includes a large natural grass play area complete with sand pit, bicycle track, swing bridge, dry river creek, water pump, rain water tank and mud kitchen. The backyard has been created around our strive for sustainability and inclusivity for all to be able to enjoy our natural outdoor learning environment.
