Only About Children Melbourne Central

I don't have enough words to even begin to explain how appalling this service and company is. The centre is dirty, I know this as whenever my child comes home her clothing is always black. It's not from having fun, it's from her crawling around and the floor and all the residue covers her. My daughter is always sick and i get calls from the managers at least once a week to come and collect her, which is causung issues for me at work. The educators look so unhappy and stressed, I feel bad for them. I've had educators tell me personally that their head office, push, push, push with no "support". But its a word they like to use all the time. I had met the area manager Etsy recently and what an experience that was. She is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. She is so argoent, careless and has no genuine for families, for her its just business only. The whole interaction she was staring me down like i wasting her time, when I raised concerns about the saftey of the service and she essentially said to me, " well if you don't like it, you can leave". It has left such a bad first impression of meeting someone from their head office, if this is what this person is doing, I'd hate to see what really happens behind closed doors. If it's not the case then you need to investigate her behaviour because you may not be seeing that side of her which i bet is the case. But at this point im going to say the other reviews are valid, the stories on the news has confirmed it for me, it's true. Shame on you OAC, where's the love and care? Stay away at all costs! So many better providers
