Only About Children Carindale

Director embarrassed by my no to her question that she asked me in front of her team, that wasn't there long enough (20 yrs), kept convincing me and everyone around her that she'd remember my siblings going here and how she's been there for 16 years. I kept kindly telling her no, she wouldn't remember as it was 20 years ago. When I kept saying it was longer than that time, well let's just say her eyes were piercing, and she was so unhappy as so as the conversation changed quite quickly to having availability to having no availability! I was then told I'd have to wait for month to month text updates from the director when something comes available. I never received any texts or updates. This was a few months ago now. I was living on the same street of this daycare so it would have been in great proximity. However, I can see the quality in this daycare is not the same as it used to be, the babies room which goes all the way up to 2 years and not the normal 18 months, was really hard to get my head around how every single baby in all the cots, all the cots were filled, were standing up crying for the educators, while there were more kids who didn't event have enough cots for them, the toddlers who were awake playing, really not the best environment for young kids... And the cots are not in a a closed off room, or not even a barrier to help them sleep. That was a concern for me and also the directors attitude towards me as that was extremely concerning, if you treat me like that then how are you treating other parents, and how are you treating the children attending there? I don't think it's it's that you excluded child from the centre as soon as you didn't like me and that you embarrassed yourself from pressing me on a silly question? Do you pick and choose other kids based on their parents too? I was told you donate toys to the womens dv shelters in the area but you don't seem to treat women with respect, and for all you don't know, I could be one of those women. Disgusting behaviour, poor care for the babies and toddlers room, very concerning. Very different to what it used to be 20 years ago when my siblings attended and when our choir group at carina state school performed to the kids there on a regular basis. I have informed Carina SS and otherservices and people I personally know inthe area of my experience. They're as disappointed as me...
