Only About Children Balwyn North

We have been part of the Only About Children Balwyn community for the past four years, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the genuine care, support, and nurturing environment they provide. From the very beginning, the educators and team showed a real commitment to getting to know not just our daughter, but our family - creating a sense of belonging that has only deepened over time. It’s clear that the staff truly love what they do. They treat each child as an individual, supporting their development with kindness, patience, and encouragement. I have always felt that my daughter was not only safe and cared for, but genuinely seen, heard, and celebrated. One thing I have especially valued is the open and consistent communication - I am always kept in the loop and feel completely confident in how they support my daughter’s wellbeing and development. There’s also a real sense of community here. Families are warmly welcomed, and there are so many opportunities to connect - from consistent communication via Storypark to informal chats at drop-off. The friendships our daughter has formed (and that I have too!) have been such a beautiful bonus. Only About Children Balwyn has played such an important role in our daughter’s early years. She has grown in confidence, independence, and joy - and we feel incredibly lucky to have had such a positive, enriching start to her learning journey.

I had two friends recommend this place to me and I'm so glad we moved our 2 year old here! The care has been phenomenal, every carer is so experienced, kind and lovely, and the staff retention here is superb. Most importantly my child is very happy and has made many friends, while also learning new things. I highly recommend OAC Balwyn North!
